Immune/Gut health

  • Eat a wide range of plant-based foods
  • Eat more fibre 
  • Avoid highly processed foods - any ingredients you don't recognise or can't pronounce - AVOID!
  • Probiotic foods, such as live yoghurt, fermented foods ie kombucha, sauerkraut, miso will encourage more microbes in your gut to grow.
  • Eat less sugar and sweeteners
  • Reduce stress - breathe from the diaphragm
  • Exercise regularly - 30 minutes five days a week
  • Get enough sleep (in bed by 10 pm with lights out)

Antiviral foods to boost immunity:

  • Raw garlic, onion, leek, ginger, broccoli sprouts, reishi & shiitake mushrooms
  • Green tea, cinnamon, clove, oregano, thyme, curcumin and echinacea
