Standard support rate
$150/hour
Applies to one-off updates, ad hoc changes, or smaller tasks. Invoiced based on time spent.
Ongoing or larger projects
For long-term clients or more substantial pieces of work, a preferred client or project-based rate may be applied. Any adjusted rate is discussed upfront and confirmed before work begins.
In some cases, we may agree to work using pre-paid service credit to streamline billing and support ongoing work.
