Standard support rate
$150/hour
Applies to one-off updates, ad hoc changes, or smaller tasks. Invoiced based on time spent.
A minimum charge of $20 + GST applies to each website support request.
Ongoing or larger projects
For larger pieces of work or ongoing projects, a project-based or preferred client rate may be available. Any adjusted rate will be discussed and agreed upfront before work begins.
In some cases, we may also agree to work using pre-paid service credit to streamline billing and support ongoing work.
